Pan Africa ILGA is een federatie van meer dan 300 LGBTIQ+-organisaties in 54 Afrikaanse landen, opgericht in 2007 en in 2015 geregistreerd als NPO in Zuid-Afrika. Het werkt via vier strategische pijlers: beweging opbouwen, belangenbehartiging en juridische hervorming, betrokkenheid bij mensenrechtenmechanismen, en onderzoek en capaciteitsopbouw. De website biedt informatie over haar programma's, mijlpalen en nieuws, nuttig voor activisten, onderzoekers en beleidsmakers die LGBTIQ+-rechten in Afrika volgen.
