Asociación Colectivo Violeta is a Honduran organization that originated in 1985 as a response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic among homosexual men. It works to fight the epidemic and advocate for the rights of vulnerable groups, including through cooperation with the Secretariat of Human Rights.
