Equal Ground is a nonprofit organization in Sri Lanka advocating for the economic, social, cultural, civil, and political rights of the LGBTIQ community. Founded in 2004, it is the oldest organization of its kind in the country and provides a safe space for LGBTIQ individuals, offering support for mental well-being, empowerment, and access to health, education, housing, and legal protection.
