ECOM is a coalition that supports the development of national LGBT communities and their activism in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, promoting human rights, health, and social well-being for people of diverse genders and sexualities. It unites people and organizations across 20 member countries and participates in projects in the region. The coalition provides legal aid, advocacy, and resources such as reports and guides on human rights and HIV.
