FSGMN is a national network of LGBTIQA+ organizations in Nepal, founded in 2007, with 35 affiliated community-based organizations and 53 offices in 32 districts. It aims to improve the health and wellbeing of LGBTI people through policy advocacy, representation, and capacity building. The federation also works on human rights protection and inclusive elections.
