Fondation Émergence is a non-profit organization that fights against homophobia and transphobia through education, awareness, and concrete initiatives. It offers training, conferences, personalized support, and tools for workplaces, senior care settings, and other environments to promote inclusion of LGBTQ+ people. The organization also created the International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia, celebrated annually on May 17.
