The Hannchen-Mehrzweck-Stiftung (hms) is a nonprofit foundation based in Berlin, founded in 1991 by Prof. Dr. Andreas Meyer-Hanno. It supports projects and initiatives by nonprofit organizations that strengthen the self-confidence, identity, and scope of action of LGBTIQ* people through educational work. The foundation sees itself as a partner in a network of LGBTIQ-led initiatives, contributing to emancipation and the reduction of discrimination.
