Health Brigade
Health Brigade, formerly Fan Free Clinic, is Virginia's oldest free and charitable clinic, providing medical, mental health, and community outreach services to low-income, uninsured, and Medicaid patients. It serves marginalized populations, including those who are stigmatized, and offers services such as primary care, HIV/STI testing, needle exchange, and trans health. The organization also launched the Care Is Resistance project to promote community care and advocacy.
