HRAPF is a membership organization that promotes respect and observance of human rights of marginalized groups through legal and legislative advocacy, research and documentation, and legal and human rights education. It implements programs in research and advocacy, community capacity enhancement, access to justice, and institutional development, and has been active in legal challenges such as the nullification of the Anti-Homosexuality Act 2014.
