IBRAT is a national nonprofit network of civil society activists created in 2013 to develop and monitor research and discussions, offer political training and encourage activism, and exercise social control of public policies for the Brazilian transmasculine population. It is organized through regional nuclei across the country, participates in the National Council for Combating Discrimination and Promoting LGBTI+ Rights, and is linked to REDCAHT.
