Inuka Trans Diversity (ITD) is a trans-led, grassroots organization based in Kajiado North, Kenya, founded in 2019. It supports transgender and gender-diverse refugees and asylum seekers by providing safe spaces, sustainable livelihoods, healthcare access, and leadership opportunities. Its programs address displacement, marginalization, and lack of essential services through initiatives like poultry farming, aquaculture, kitchen gardening, and psychosocial support.
