IRQR supports LGBTQ+ refugees who fled Iran due to sexual orientation or gender identity, primarily those in Türkiye. The organization provides basic necessities, financial aid, and resettlement assistance, and collaborates with the Marjan Foundation to sponsor refugees to come to Canada. It also publishes reports on human rights violations against LGBTQ+ individuals in Iran.
