LGBT Cymru
Progress Cymru Counselling is a charity dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ people in Wales by providing affordable mental health services, including counselling, systemic family therapy, and creative therapies. They offer face-to-face, online, and telephone counselling on a sliding scale, as well as a Wellbeing Hub with self-paced workshops and corporate training programs. The organization was founded as the LGBT+ Cymru Helpline in 2004 and has evolved to focus on counselling services.
