Open Doors Youth Service is Queensland's only dedicated LGBTIQ+ Sistergirl & Brotherboy (LGBTQIASB+) youth service, supporting young people aged 12 to 24. It provides social groups, individual support from lived experience youth workers, free affirming counselling, and family support groups. The organization aims to empower LGBTQIASB+ young people, improve mental health outcomes, and advocate for their rights and needs.
