Ouest Trans is a Breton trans self-support association founded in 2015 in Rennes and active in Brittany. It aims to break the isolation of trans people in the region, support and expand access to transition procedures, and improve access to healthcare for trans people in Brittany. The organization holds regular welcome, mutual aid, and self-support meetings in trans-only and questioning-only spaces.
