PETAL is a Belizean organization founded in 2011 that advocates for lesbian, bisexual, and queer (LBQ) women, focusing on social, economic, and gender justice. It conducts an annual Women's Forum on International Women's Day and hosts 'Conversations' events that provide a safe space for women to discuss topics such as relationships, legal issues, sexual and reproductive health, and mental health.
