Rise OUT is a grassroots organization supporting the LGBTQ community in Iași, Romania. It organizes the Iași Pride festival, maintains a database of LGBTI-friendly specialists, and promotes free, anonymous, and confidential testing for HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis B and C at Checkpoint ARAS Iași, a center dedicated to men who have sex with men and trans people.
