Sahodaran is a community-based organization in Chennai, India, run by and for gender and sexual minorities, particularly MSM and transgender women. It provides HIV/AIDS prevention and care, social support, counseling, and crisis intervention, and works to empower community members as leaders. The organization also supports the creation of other community-based organizations and advocates for the rights of sexual minorities.
