Scottish Trans is a project of the Equality Network, a Scottish LGBTI charity, working to improve gender identity and gender reassignment equality, rights and inclusion in Scotland. It provides good practice guidance for employers and service providers, helps trans people challenge discrimination and harassment, and offers online trans awareness training. The organization also engages in advocacy and campaigns on trans equality issues.
