Sparkle is a volunteer-led registered UK charity supporting trans, non-binary, and gender non-conforming people, as well as their partners, families, friends, and wider society. It organizes the annual Sparkle Weekend in Manchester, a family-friendly festival celebrating trans lives with entertainment, workshops, and community activities. The charity is run by volunteers, over 85% of whom identify as trans, non-binary, or gender diverse.
