Subversive Front operates the Skopje Queer Center, the first and only specialized counseling center in North Macedonia offering free psychosocial and legal support to LGBTI+ people. The organization conducts research, community strengthening, and advocacy to improve the position and human rights access of the LGBTI+ community in North Macedonia.
