The Tennessee Equality Project advocates for the equal rights of LGBTQ people in Tennessee through legislative advocacy, lobbying the state General Assembly and local governments. The TEP Foundation provides educational and organizing programming, including issue briefs, workshops, and monitoring of state legislation. They also hold an annual Pride event in Murfreesboro.
