Trans Youth Initiative Uganda champions the rights and well-being of rural transgender youth women, transgender youth sex workers, and gender diverse youth in Uganda, with a focus on western Uganda. Founded in December 2017, the organization advocates for health and human rights, provides holistic health services, and engages in research, leadership development, and movement building.
