TransCore is a Romanian association founded in 2020 by trans and non-binary people to support the trans community. It provides information and resources on medical and administrative transition, runs a community center in Brașov, and offers daily support and advice. The organization also trains specialists and collaborates with other associations to improve access to healthcare.
