Transgender Alliance Sierra Leone is a community-based organization established in 2016 to mitigate discrimination and violations against LGBTI individuals in Sierra Leone. It aims to promote and protect the rights of sexual orientation, gender identity and expression through community participation, advocacy, and networking. The organization provides psychosocial and counseling mentorship and works to ensure safe spaces for transgender individuals affected by discrimination.
