True Self Foundation
True Self Foundation is a nonprofit organization established in 2017 to build a more just, equitable, and inclusive society for people of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities in Puerto Rico. Through programs in health, education, employment, emergency response, and research, it works to strengthen the resilience and well-being of LGBT+ people. The organization has provided direct support to thousands of LGBT+ individuals and invested in projects and funds that positively impact the community.
