د نیلي الماس ټولنه یوه مخکښه اداره ده چې له ۲۰۰۱ کال راهیسې په نیپال کې د LGBTIQ+ ټولنې لپاره کار کوي. دا اداره د جنسي او جنسیتي اقلیتونو لپاره د مساوي حقونو، اقتصادي پیاوړتیا، د معیشت ملاتړ او استازیتوب لپاره مبارزه کوي، او د HIV/AIDS پوهاوي، مخنیوي، پاملرنې او درملنې پروګرامونه ترسره کوي. دا اداره د رواني روغتیا مشوره، د جنسي روغتیا زده کړه او د ظرفیت لوړولو روزنې هم وړاندې کوي.
