Equal Ground په سریلانکا کې یو غیر انتفاعي سازمان دی چې د LGBTIQ ټولنې د اقتصادي، ټولنیزو، کلتوري، مدني، او سیاسي حقونو لپاره مدافعه کوي. دا په 2004 کې تاسیس شوی، په هیواد کې د دې ډول ترټولو زوړ سازمان دی او د LGBTIQ کسانو لپاره خوندي ځای چمتو کوي، د رواني هوساینې، ځواکمنتیا، او روغتیا، زده کړې، کور، او قانوني ساتنې ته د لاسرسي ملاتړ کوي.
