FSGMN په نیپال کې د LGBTIQA+ سازمانونو یوه ملي شبکه ده، چې په ۲۰۰۷ کال کې تاسیس شوې، او ۳۵ اړوندې ټولنیزې سازمانونه او په ۳۲ ولسوالیو کې ۵۳ دفترونه لري. دا موخه لري چې د پالیسۍ ملاتړ، استازیتوب او د ظرفیت لوړولو له لارې د LGBTI خلکو روغتیا او هوساینه ښه کړي. فدراسیون د بشري حقونو ساتنې او ټول شموله ټاکنو باندې هم کار کوي.
