IRQR د LGBTQ+ کډوالو ملاتړ کوي چې د جنسي تمایل یا جندر هویت له امله له ایران څخه تښتیدلي، په ځانګړي توګه هغه کسان چې په ترکیه کې دي. سازمان اړین توکي، مالي مرستې، او د بیا میشتیدنې مرستې چمتو کوي، او د مارجان بنسټ سره همکاري کوي ترڅو کډوال کاناډا ته سپانسر کړي. دا سازمان په ایران کې د LGBTQ+ اشخاصو پر ضد د بشري حقونو سرغړونو په اړه راپورونه هم خپروي.
