Mitini Nepal یوه غیر دولتي اداره ده چې له ۲۰۰۵ کال راهیسې د LBT هویت لرونکو ښځو د حقونو او وقار لپاره کار کوي. دا په نیپال کې د LGBTI حقونو لپاره مبارزه کوي، د ټولنې پر بنسټ مدافعې، ظرفیت لوړولو، او د بدنامۍ او تبعیض کمولو لپاره د پوهاوي لوړولو تمرکز کوي. دا سازمان د نیپال په ډیرو ولایتونو کې کار کوي، ملاتړ چمتو کوي او د جنسیتي او جندر اقلیتونو لپاره خوندي ځایونه رامینځته کوي.
