Roshaniya یوه امریکا کې ثبت شوې 501c3 مدافعه او ملاتړ ډله ده چې د LGBT+ افغانانو پیاوړتیا ته وقف شوې ده. دا د LGBT+ افغانانو لپاره چې له ځورونې سره مخ دي، د تخلیې او بیا میشتیدنې ملاتړ، مالي مرسته، خوندي کور، او رواني-ټولنیز ملاتړ چمتو کوي، او د اوږدې مودې بیا میشتیدنې اختیارونو لپاره مدافعه کوي. موسسه د 1500 څخه زیاتو LGBT+ افغانانو استازیتوب کوي او ډیری یې په خوندي هیوادونو کې د بیا میشتیدنې سره مرسته کړې ده.
