تحفظ درسګاه د پاکستان لومړی سرپناه او تعلیمي مرکز دی چې یوازې د ټرانسجنڈر (خواجه سرا) ماشومانو لپاره دی، چې په لاهور کې د انګلستان د نصاب او تصدیق ادارې (UKCAB) لخوا د پنجاب پولیسو په همکارۍ تاسیس شوی. دا مرکز زده کړه، استوګنځی، طبي پاملرنه، رواني روغتیا ملاتړ او مسلکي روزنه چمتو کوي ترڅو زده کونکي په علمي او شخصي توګه پیاوړي کړي. دا سازمان په ملتان کې د ټرانسجنڈر اشخاصو لپاره د سوداګرۍ روزنې ورکشاپونه هم ترسره کوي.
