A Affirmative Action é uma ONG camaronense criada por educadores de pares para melhorar o acesso a cuidados de saúde para populações-chave e vulneráveis. A organização trabalha em projetos de HIV/TB, defende contra a discriminação e estigmatização de pessoas vivendo com HIV e fornece serviços comunitários. Também se envolve na defesa da cobertura universal de saúde e realiza treinamentos para atores comunitários.
