A FSGMN é uma rede nacional de organizações LGBTIQA+ no Nepal, fundada em 2007, com 35 organizações comunitárias afiliadas e 53 escritórios em 32 distritos. Seu objetivo é melhorar a saúde e o bem-estar das pessoas LGBTI por meio de advocacia política, representação e fortalecimento de capacidades. A federação também trabalha na proteção dos direitos humanos e em eleições inclusivas.
