A Hannchen-Mehrzweck-Stiftung (hms) é uma fundação sem fins lucrativos sediada em Berlim, fundada em 1991 pelo Prof. Dr. Andreas Meyer-Hanno. Apoia projetos e iniciativas de organizações sem fins lucrativos que fortalecem a autoconfiança, identidade e espaço de ação de pessoas LGBTIQ* por meio de trabalho educacional. A fundação se vê como parceira em uma rede de iniciativas lideradas por LGBTIQ, contribuindo para a emancipação e a redução da discriminação.
