A Hirschfeld-Eddy-Stiftung é uma fundação alemã que fornece ajuda concreta para pessoas lésbicas, gays, bissexuais, transgêneras e intersexuais (LGBTI) ameaçadas no Sul Global e na Europa Oriental. Ela coleta doações para apoiar organizações de direitos LGBTI, realiza lobby internacional e congressos de direitos humanos, e promove informação e pesquisa para tornar os direitos humanos LGBTI um tópico central da política de desenvolvimento na Alemanha.
