O ICS Center é uma organização vietnamita que empodera a comunidade LGBTI+ para o orgulho e a igualdade. Fornece serviços de aconselhamento, advocacia social e legal, e programas de fortalecimento de capacidades, como os cursos ViLEAD. O centro também opera o ICS Hub, um espaço de café e biblioteca para eventos e recursos comunitários.
