Iskorak é uma associação croata para a promoção e proteção dos direitos humanos de pessoas LGBTI+ e pessoas vivendo com HIV. Fornece testes voluntários, anônimos e confidenciais de HIV e sífilis, aconselhamento individual confidencial gratuito, aconselhamento jurídico e atividades sociais. A organização também oferece aconselhamento entre pares sobre saúde sexual e publica materiais educativos.
