Mozaīka é uma organização não governamental fundada em 2006 para melhorar o estatuto legal das pessoas LGBT na Letónia. Fornece informação, consultas e apoio em questões de direitos LGBTQI, incluindo assistência a vítimas de crimes de ódio e discriminação. A organização também oferece testes gratuitos de HIV, sífilis e hepatite B e C, uma biblioteca, eventos e advocacia em processos legislativos.
