Tahaffuz Darsgah é o primeiro abrigo e centro educacional do Paquistão exclusivamente para crianças transgênero (Khawaja Sira), estabelecido em Lahore pelo UK Curriculum and Accreditation Body (UKCAB) em colaboração com a Polícia de Punjab. Oferece educação, alojamento, cuidados médicos, apoio à saúde mental e treinamento vocacional para capacitar os alunos acadêmica e pessoalmente. A organização também realiza oficinas de treinamento em empreendedorismo para pessoas transgênero em Multan.
