Transgender community leader murdered in Nellore

A transgender community leader named Hasini was murdered by around 10 unidentified persons in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, on the night of November 26, 2024. Police have registered a murder case and are investigating, but the motive remains unclear. Members of the transgender community protested at a hospital demanding justice.
