This website presents hate crime data and information submitted by the 57 OSCE participating States, alongside incidents from civil society and international organizations. It includes annual reports from 2009 onwards and a database of nearly 33,000 hate incidents reported by civil society since 2016, with options to review, filter, and export data. It is useful for policymakers, researchers, and advocates seeking to understand and address hate crime across the OSCE region.
