Arcoiris Timor-Leste es una ONG dedicada a abogar y promover la igualdad de derechos humanos para las personas LGBTIQ+ en Timor-Leste. Se centra en mejorar la vida de las lesbianas, mujeres bisexuales y hombres trans, empoderándolos con conocimientos, habilidades, recursos y oportunidades. La organización trabaja en Dili, Ermera, Liquica, Aileu, Ainaro, Bobonaro y Oecusse, y se asocia con organizaciones como INDIGO Foundation y Outright International.
