Cohort es una organización no gubernamental ucraniana que une a personas transgénero en Ucrania para garantizar el acceso equitativo a servicios de salud, visibilidad y protección de derechos por parte de la propia comunidad. La organización proporciona información y apoyo sobre la transición transgénero, aboga por la despatologización y trabaja en la transición a la CIE-11 en Ucrania.
