Equal Ground es una organización sin fines de lucro en Sri Lanka que aboga por los derechos económicos, sociales, culturales, civiles y políticos de la comunidad LGBTIQ. Fundada en 2004, es la organización más antigua de su tipo en el país y proporciona un espacio seguro para personas LGBTIQ, ofreciendo apoyo para el bienestar mental, empoderamiento y acceso a salud, educación, vivienda y protección legal.
