Rise OUT es una organización de base que apoya a la comunidad LGBTQ en Iași, Rumania. Organiza el festival del Orgullo de Iași, mantiene una base de datos de especialistas amigables con LGBTI y promueve pruebas gratuitas, anónimas y confidenciales para VIH, Sífilis, Hepatitis B y C en Checkpoint ARAS Iași, un centro dedicado a hombres que tienen sexo con hombres y personas trans.
