XEGA es una asociación social y cultural no gubernamental, no confesional, no partidista y sin fines de lucro que lucha por los derechos de las personas LGTBI+ en Asturias. Ofrece un servicio telefónico y presencial contra la LGTBI+fobia, brindando asistencia psicológica y legal gratuita a las víctimas de discriminación. La organización también lleva a cabo programas de diversidad familiar, salud sexual y actividades culturales.
