Lhak-Sam 是唯一的不丹艾滋病毒感染者及艾滋病患者网络（BNP+），成立于2010年，并在不丹民间社会组织管理局注册。它为所有艾滋病毒感染者及其子女提供关怀和支持，并致力于能力建设和赋权，包括谋生技能培训。该组织还举办关于艾滋病毒治疗素养及相关健康主题的研讨会。
