Proud to Be Us Laos 是老挝首个自2012年起通过政策倡导公开致力于LGBTQIA+权利的民间社会组织。该组织倡导在性健康服务、教育和就业方面实现LGBTQIA+包容性，并组织如IDAHOBIT等活动。它开展研究、为企业提供同伴教育，并制作资源以提高认识并促进包容性。
